Returning Items

 
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less any shipping costs. Keep the following guidelines in mind:

 
-Items valued more than $500 must also be insured.
-All product packaging materials–including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment–must be returned with your merchandise.
